HIBERNIAN FC celebrated its 150th anniversary in fantastic fashion at the start of last month with a number of events to mark the milestone.

TO COMMEMORATE the founding of the club on August 6, 1875, Hibernian FC has prepared an exhibition in the very place and on the very same day that the club was founded 150 years ago.

A HIBS legend and a living link to the foundation of the club, no-one better embodies the history and spirit of the Edinburgh club, and now Pat Stanton has been honoured with the renaming of the East Stand at Easter Road.

AS HIBERNIAN FC approaches its 150th anniversary on August 6 2025, the club’s current custodians have arranged a number of special events to celebrate the sesquicentennial.
