A CORK woman is giving readers of The Irish Voice the chance to win their own little piece of the Emerald Isle.

Imelda Collins is raffling her stunning home in County Leitrim (above) via the online platform Raffall. Tickets for this unique raffle are only £5, making it an affordable opportunity to win a beautiful property.

The house is situated on 1.75 acres, just a 15-minute drive from Sligo City and five minutes from the nearest town. The property is also just 47 miles from Ireland West Airport, which offers direct flights to Scotland. Additionally, Dublin, Shannon, Derry, and Belfast airports are all easily accessible, providing further options for travel to and from Scotland.

The house was completely renovated and redecorated in 2022, offering modern living in a tranquil and picturesque setting. The accommodation consists of a large living and dining area (below), kitchen, bathroom and two double bedrooms. It boasts ample storage space, including two large, mirrored wardrobes, a shelved hot press, an attic storage area and a large hall cupboard. A wonderful feature of the property is that it benefits from a south facing position, ensuring sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The property has generous front and back gardens, and a gated access opens onto a beautiful meadow with wonderful mature trees along the periphery. Extensive external work was also completed, including the addition of a new patio, enhancing the home’s appeal.

The lucky winner will receive the home fully furnished, with contents included. To make the process even easier, Imelda will cover the winner’s legal fees and stamp duty, ensuring a smooth transition of ownership.

“The response has been overwhelming, and I believe this opportunity would also excite your readers,” Imelda said. “It is a really excellent home, offering huge potential to further extend.”
